Air Fryer Asian-Inspired Deviled Eggs

Prep time: 20 minutes

Cooking time: 25 minutes

Serve: 1

Ingredients

6 large eggs

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 ½ tbs sriracha sauce

1 ½ tbs sesame oil

1 tbs low-sodium soy sauce

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 tbs finely grated ginger root

1 teaspoon rice vinegar toasted sesame seeds

1 green onion, thinly sliced

Directions

Place the eggs on an air fryer rack or trivet, leaving enough room between them for air to circulate. Set the air fryer to 260 degrees Fahrenheit (125 degrees Celsius) and the timer for 15 minutes. The air fryer should be closed.

Place the eggs in a dish of cold water for 10 minutes after being removed from the air fryer. Then, remove the eggs from the water, peel them, and cut them half. Scoop out the yolks and set them in a tiny food processor.

In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sriracha, sesame oil, low-sodium soy sauce, Dijon mustard, ginger root, and rice vinegar. Process until the mixture is well blended and creamy, mousse-like consistency. Fill a piping bag halfway with the yolk mixture and evenly spread it into the egg white halves until they are overflowing full; you can also do this with a spoon.

Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion, if desired.
